Our goal is to assist our clients in every possible way needed to get the job done! During a catastrophic event we know our client will be inundated with phone calls from policy holders, agents, vendors etc. which is why we have developed our Call Center.

We can activate our center and organize our operators within 24 hours. Our operators can work on a provided pre-scripted text or respond accordingly as needed to help take pressure off our client’s resources.
